Day 16 Foxby jonfrommkComment by jackal9: Cool weather vane! love the sky, no words of wisdom here either Jon. I guess that the whole point of this is a visual record of whats going on, sometimes it's exciting sometimes not, thats life! Today is a sometimes not day for me as well! LOL. Nice work on the border too, I still have trouble figuring out to do them. |

Day 16 Foxby jonfrommkComment by Charlene: Oh Jon... you're SO funny. And who is Samuel Pepys? Anyways, sorry I have no great tips... but this image is wonderful. Great sky and I love the arrow of the weathervane pointing into the negative space of the image. Great composition. And glad to hear you had a whopping 10 minutes of good weather. |

Day 16 Foxby jonfrommkComment by Alicia: Yes, Jon - I really wish you would give our eyes a rest and take some better pictures. :op JUST kidding of course!!! I totally love this photo - it's stunning in its simplicity and the blue sky could rival the sky we get here in hell - ah - Phoenix. Great weather vane - never seen one with a fox before. I like how you placed it in the photo, too. The black frame is perfect for this. |

Day 15 - In England we call it roundersby jonfrommkComment by rachelellen: Beautiful description of your day, and some lovely shots to show for it. I am so impressed with your involvement with your daughter, and with the way you get out and DO stuff.
I especially like the soccer-under-the-bridge shot -- looks like something for a magazine. |

Day 14 The worm turns!!!by jonfrommkComment by rachelellen: awesome self-portrait. Great story. I believe you -- no silk dressing gowns in your house. :) I agree with Leisha -- although forget the autographed picture; just pull out the gum guard and the uniform again and answer the door wearing this face when the boys come calling. |

Day 13 At The Dogsby jonfrommkComment by rachelellen: this is a great shot, with of course a perfectly lovely border, but what has me smiling the most is your commentary (having a pint!), along with colorcarnival's comments about the possessed black dog (and I completely agree).
Brilliant as always. :) Thanks for the smiles in the past fifteen days. |
