sensor dust regardless, this is a fine, fine image. I laughed out loud.
Go *ist Ds club!

(I'm having a problem with dust on my sensor too.. must be the fact that Pentaxes are so fun to change lenses on. lol)

Well.. sometimes one's predictions are almost spot on. Usually I'm not this good. lol. Of course, most of the comments I predicted didn't materialize.

Yah, I went the subtle route. I thought people might be inspired by this simple, reflective image.. instead of something out there, or crazy. I guess it can't be a photographer.. it has to be birds, in order to work that way. Also, I'm noticing that people seem to like yellow/gold a lot..

I can't believe people are still commenting about graininess these days.

When will people get around the fact that a nice photo is a nice photo regardless? lol

Ahhh DPC.. land of the artificially smooth.

Great placing!

Great capture. I love these "once in a million" shots far better than any tired, old, boring studio setup shot any day.

You've got so many wonderful shots that I just didn't know what to comment on! So.. I came where I am most comfortable.. kid portraits. lol.

This is a beautiful shot. She looks a little nervous, but it makes for a great, realistic expression. The soft-focus effect is what it should be, effective, but not overpowering. You need to do more work like this :)

I love shots that defy convention. This is one of those. Great colors, focus and clarity again. Good for you for going where few others dare tread with a simple and static subject.

This is a really good version of the original. I agree with what some had said, a sharper angle with a few more boxes might have been nice, but you sure nailed the focus and clarity.
