The skin to me looks a bit too red -- almost like a bad sunburn. I really like the expression on her face, and how it is framed/composed. Maybe a bw conversion would help even teh skin tones?

I like how the crutches are included in the shot, and how you have chosen to crop out some of his head. That adds so much more context and "story" to the shot.

I really like the clarity and lighting of this shot. He looks like such an interesting man -- I bet he can really tell a good story.

Reading your comments, perhaps it was your intention, but he looks so stiff and posed. Almost like you said, "Stand here. I'm going to take your picture." and there was no relaxing him. I look at it and his face says, "I'm interesting, talk to me." but his pose says, "I'm bored/tense, leave me alone, or I'm going to jack you in the side of the face."
