 My son near the boardwalk at Asbury Park. Lit by setting sun, processed heavily in the blue channel.

Good looking shot. Got a nice, smooth grain coming out of the blue channel which gives this the feel of something from the 40's or 50's.

I like the angle you used on this and the somewhat solemn expression captured. A shallower DOF putting the background in focus may help keep it from being distracting. It's not overly distracting as is, but just a bit.

I really like the processing - his face has a real sheen to it. A real timeless image -are you in the time machine side challenge as well? :)

Great looking kid. This is a nice pose, he looks natural and the composition is well done with the angle you chose. B&W looks fine. I see this with some sort of textured overlay added for even more mood and feeling.
