_MG_1016.jpgby sfmorrisComment: Nice detail in the wings - white birds can be so hard to photograph, I have lots of them that I need to work on to get the detail back. Usually I just see shots of them floating in the water, wings tucked into their sides so the way you caught it with it's wings out is very nice. |

Cuttlefish Coupleby in2truthComment: Hahaha - I have to agree with Mary, not my idea of beautiful (just talking about the fish here, not your shot ) but the location sure is ... I would love to visit there one day, looks like a great place to swim .. nice getting such clarity in an underwater shot. Message edited by author 2009-09-02 15:52:13. |

Green iguanaby TammsterComment: What a great find - The green of his/her body really pops and you have great detail on the face ... I don't mind the foreground bokeh - I think it adds to the shot. Nice to see them in their natural habitat |

Catch of the Dayby stargazer05766Comment: Amazing the patience these birds have in waiting for their prey. The color and detail in the wings really make this shot stand out. |

2 - Seagull & Fishby ErikVComment: There are so many things good to mention about this shot.... the motion blur adding to the drama of the fish being plucked out of the water ... the droplets are elongated by the slow shutter speed ... and I really like the texture in the water. |

Waitingby franktheyankComment: What I truly love about this photo is not the just the great composition, it is the fact that your beautiful model is not 16 and shows maturity ... and her maturity does not take away from her beauty .......I love how you made the background tonally match the model. Please tell us how you lit this shot. 9 |
