Thanks to Dirt_Diver for selling me the lens I used.. I love it.

I didn't use any NI.. I'm a fan of soft portraits.. I used some blur & lowered the opacity but other then that it was your typical touch-up post on a portrait.. And, this was a snap shot taken in the entry way of my house using only the sunlight that came in through my front door..needless to say, I'm pretty proud of the ending results..

thx so much for all of the comments !!!!

Wow, what an exceptional job of bringing out the best of the original image! Your model is a knockout as well. It's a great talent you have, to be able to see this in the shot that you started with, and to be able to bring it to this level of quality as a finished image.

Thank you.... I'm an over-editor.. it's an illness I contracted when I started upgrading photoshop..LOL.. I do love the original, and really thought it would get hammered for not being edited enough, hence all the editing... It's ironic that an image I took on the fly in my house using my wall as a background did ten times better then any planned portrait..

I totally agree with Jedusi. I actually would crop the original and pretty much leave it alone. She's a beauty. Congrats on such a high placement!!

striking shot - maybe a little over processed for my taste - but still an eye catching shot of a very pretty girl.

BTW you have your 18-70 listed as the lens you took this with, :) But I'm glad you like the lens.

Thank you !!!!!!!!!!

I hadn't updated my "list" of lenses yet when I entered this image, so I had to just pick one.. I totally meant to come back & fix that, but completely forgot.. Thx for telling me !!!

Beautiful eyes but it seems a bit over processed with too much softness or maybe Neat Image?
