Wide aperture isolates the subject nicely in this image. I like the light from above and behind shining thru the flower and reflecting off the web as well. The web adds to the effect by helping to show the size of the flower.

I need to be learning photoshop, and I think your edits are helping fire up the desire to do it soon.

Roz, Love the way you are not afraid to twist the knobs when you get an image in the computer. What would otherwise be just a thru the windshield shot has become an artsy looking peek into your world. I like the rich colors in the edit for this scene.

A longer lens would have been useful to get the subject isolated better for this one. Did you notice that if you sit back a couple of feet that there appears to be half of a face in the right edge of the image, with the leaf covering the nose area? It looks somewhat like the statues on Easter Island.
The tiger's pose is very striking in this image. I think you will be able to do a lot with editing to bring out the good in this image.

Same as Roz says about this one. I even called my wife in to see it, which means that it's really special. Thanks for posting this one, and don't worry about when it was taken.

Wow B ! Love the dash of green in the otherwise brown looking scape, and the out of place look of the beautiful chair. The evening or morning light is delightful too. Good finish in the challenge, congrats.

Little kids are often great subjects. I like to photograph them when they are not looking. The hand does make the image better as you said, and the fish watching the boy make the focus turn even more to the boy. I like this a lot. It's just fine right from the camera.

That's lovely. I connect well to this image. I can almost feel the fog and the wet grass when I look at this. The only way processing could improve would be to add scent LOL.

This has a very different look from the one with the sun in the foreground. That was good in camera editing to wait for the sun to come across the foreground and shoot again. The sunny one is a much stronger image. The sun helped a lot to bring out the power of the storm in the hills in that image.
