Wide aperture isolates the subject nicely in this image. I like the light from above and behind shining thru the flower and reflecting off the web as well. The web adds to the effect by helping to show the size of the flower.

just beautiful .. love the delicacy in this photograph and the dof ... the spider's web give's this image an added dimension .. gorgeous colours ..
