IMG_3781-01.jpgby beneeComment: This looks like something floating in and out of water. I'm not used to using grays - that is something i have to learn - so my personal preference leans towards seeing more contrast with the background (like a lighter background). This would make a great textures piece for those overlay projects. |

Broken Docksby HipychikComment: I know it gets icy cold like this every year up there, so what do the dock owners do after each winter? This is a very interesting find, and I like the composition too since it makes you start at the broken dock and look around at all of the other items in your picture. |

Spireby AliciaComment: Alicia - how much fun is this? So sci-fi looking. The sky is eerie looking and at the same time soft too. Then the spike comes in with this beautifully strong and sharp-lined contrast. Pretty cool! |

aloneby UrfaKComment: This is cool with the dark silhouette headed towards the brighter light. I love the spots of light and shadow behind him. Very cool perspective with him heading down the tunnel like this. |

The Rare Beauty of a Black Swanby jonfrommkComment: This is a very pretty capture. I love the glowing orange bill. I like how the light also catches the detail on the feathers. Nice composition too, with putting the bird in the corner and having it seem to be looking into the empty space. |

Walkiesby MelethiaComment: But it IS a cool shot and I love the title. More great street photography from you. I'm amazed that there was just one bird there. I love that the focus is on everyone's feet. Very cool. |

Midair refueling with their daily breadby justamistereComment: So this was you! And you seriously caught that piece of bread floating in the air? What great timing. I love seeing all the birds in their own little world, flying in rhapsody. I love the beedy little eyes too. |

Awwww Shucksby WalesPComment: Yours is better than mine :P
I love the angle of the neck you captured here. I think the flexibility of these animals kind of gets taken for granted. It still looks graceful, even in that twisted out yoga pose. Love the drips of water coming from the mouth and and also on the feathers. Beautiful capture of the feather details. Should have scored higher IMHO. |

Call Of The Wildby JeniYComment: ahhh no i did not expect it to score this low. I thought this was a good picture and I liked the idea. Great color and focus. Good for you for putting in something that you liked! |

Studio Entranceby GermaineComment: Ooh I get to be in a side challenge with you again. This is dark and eerie. And what's cool about it is that it looks like there's a figure hiding in the walk way to the right. I can't tell but did you do some color toning to this? On my screen there's like this hint of bluish green. Or my eyes are going bad :p |
