Working late again. This is a little courtyard for some studios next door to where I work.

I see ghosts walking here, as if one could see a ghost. An image full of dark life and contradictions, openly hidden, if you will. If you're not sure what that means, it means I like it.

This appeals to me a great deal. Moonlight.

You certainly imparted a high amount of moodiness here.

I love the low contrast! Brilliant toning too.

Talk about pushing the envelope - a very good thing - it seems like a silver plate or other 19th century early image.

Ooh I get to be in a side challenge with you again. This is dark and eerie. And what's cool about it is that it looks like there's a figure hiding in the walk way to the right. I can't tell but did you do some color toning to this? On my screen there's like this hint of bluish green. Or my eyes are going bad :p

This is a very moody image and I feel I wouldn't want to go there alone at night! ;) Very cool pp.

I like the processing and how it gives the picture an overall eerie feel to it.

Nice dark erie feel to this shot, it does appear to have a blue tint to it, though you might have went for that look.

This certainly has an eerie feel to it, like a slasher is going to jump out.

What's the figure on the right? The green cast and the lack of detail reminds me of '50s sky-fi movie.

Just a little dark for me too but viewing at 45 degrees from normal I get to see much more of the image. Have you been dodging the shadows as I get a greyish cast on the tree and foliage when viewed from that angle.

Must be a great place to work and whilst your there how a bout a daylight shot so we can see just how nice it is ;)

btw, just saw this in your portfolio - WOW!

interesting image. the darkness gives it a really moody or antique feel.

Dark and mysterious and gives us a feel of what the place may look like at night when you leave late.

I like it. The thumb doesn't do it justice. When you open it up, the low-key lighting adds an eeriness to it that is appealing and interesting.

This is wonderful, Germaine. The longer I look at it, the more I see. It's like a trick photo in that regard. Love the tones, too - well done.

It's rather dark, but has a dreamy quality to it. Reminds me of an old photo that someone's kept from a vacation many years ago.

That is a beautiful area. Working there would be a awesome! I am having a hard time seeing it though. Of course I did just get up so.. I would like to see more contrast and brightness added.

Your image reminds me that cross pollination from other arts - such as painting, Rembrandt.. - is important for a photographer. The ability to allow a viewers eye and mind to softly sink into a photo is sometimes overlooked.
