an unusual and seemingly uncomfortable pose, the stretched neck, the unsymmetrical placement of the necklace, the fact that we can see 'up her nose', the seemingly odd crop at her bustline - all create difficulty to the 5 second viewer.

She's a very pretty model, photographed well - good light, contrast etc. - but I think many including myself have a hard time 'seeing it' in this pose and choice of upside down.
