Pretty. I like the close up of the closed buds contrasted with the open petal. And in my mind I'm enjoying the heady scent of the plumeria.

From the thumb I thought I was seeing seashells. Lovely twisty twirly shapes that add interest to the composition.

I live in Huntington Beach, CA but I did bring this plant back from Hawaii. It was a little stick I bought at the airport.

Smart to not go for the obvious but to use the buds along with part of a fullblown flower. Water makes the frosting that takes this over the top.
