this looks like it was painted by a very famous artist .. dont exactly know who ..
the thing that strikes me is that fish .. it looks like its smiling .. which is like a dissonance ..
anyway .. the tones in this are just PERFECT .. with the colour highlighting that poor little fish ..
i feel a bit sad for it .. :(

OMG .. what a dramatic bird ..
almost to beautiful to think of that chicken as food .. !! ..
and what a gorgeous eatery .. i feel like i've stepped back in time ..
even the cash register .. if that's what it is on the lhs ..
i love all that old stuff .. that has been replaced by such clean lines and almost characterless .. (cant think of the word that comes after that ... replacements .. lol . but i've already said that .. )
anyway .. i used to have one of those old remington typwriters .. it was actually quite beautiful .. you know the ones with the keys sticking up on levers sorta .. i had it when i lived in england ... and when i came home i left it behind .. i regret that .. :)

anyway .. this was one i actually thought might ribbon even with some of the other stunning entries ..
but then i love black and white .. and candids of life on the street ..
re the perspective .. to me that didnt detract at all .. its like you are seeing the view from an angle almost ... sometimes not totally square works better .. altho having said that being cool is way better .. ;)
