but this was one of my favs .. not only because its a great shot ..
but the inventiveness and creativity .. they're most definitely not my strong points .. so i really admire ppl who can get into that zone and pull it off ..

they sell envy apples here in australia .. i've only bought them from the supermarket and i wasnt impressed by the taste .. i'm absolutely sure that straight off the tree would be a very different story ..

its interesting how this image changed for me the more i was able to step out of the accepted and expected .. and got more into the actual reality ..

and i did think of you when i saw it ..
once again .. an animal totally connecting with you the photographer .. that's one of your amazing gifts Sandy ..

ps .. a while later .. i wanted to do something with apples and birds .. the noisy miners that come to my bird bath .. thought of putting apples in it and waiting for the birds to come .. sure it would have been fun and interesting .. they have a lot of personality the noisy miners .. unfortunately it was raining for an entire week .. and the light wouldnt have been good enough ..

i'd really like to grab one of those apples and eat it straight from the tree .. havent done that in a million years .. apples dont taste like they did when i was a child . maybe my tastebuds have changed .. or maybe the apples have .. maybe i've just got jaded . !! .. :)
