pauseby nixterComment: i like the processing in both of your pause images .. its an execellent photograph to start with .. excellent composition with the guy and the post complimenting each other and the bench in between .. the cup is a great contrast to everything ... the composition of the entire photograph is so good that it looks just about like you've said ... 'wait ... move a little to the left, and put your hand there, and just look into the distance etc etc etc ...' ... |

by nixterComment: wow .. excellent and very interesting effect nick ...
i would really like to know how you achieved it ... coz recently i was teaching my niece who is doing fine art at uni, some of the intricacies of photoshop .. anyhooooo ... we were working on an assignment for her and i used this really mad effect that sort of looked like a movement/blur quite similar to your clouds .. it wasnt suitable for her image so we just moved on ... i went back afterwards to use the effect on my tunnel photographs and couldnt find it again .... i looked for over an hour .. going thru all my plugs and filters and everything i could think of .. anyway .. your clouds might'v actually had that zooming look to start with and you may'v just exaggerated it ..... but if you did use an effect like i was just talking about let me know wot it was ... its killing me that i cant find it again ...
