Well done; getting all the edges straight is tough! I think I might have cropped a little tighter on top to match how the bottom edge is missing. That's a nit, though.

Good subject, background and composition. And the reflected firelight is lovely. I think I'd like just a smidge more DOF on the glass to get the foreground in focus, too.

Always interesting to watch. Wish you could have gotten a bit closer to maybe get enough detail to see what kind of birds they are, but they're pretty far apart.
