Angels in infinite loopby quiet_observationComment: Really like this one. It manages to convey the innocence of children playing in the mist with a grownup's fear of what may be hiding in the mist and darkness. In my mind, anyway. And the implied triangle leads my eye from the girl in front to her two playmates. One of my top picks in this challenge. |

Spring into Springby TacTZillaComment: Bummer about the DQ; this was one of my 10's. Any one of the images would be good by itself (exposure and DOF are spot on and the white lamb in the bright green grass is iconically Spring-y) but put together like this makes it such a FUN image! Illegal, but fun ;-) |

Flown the nestby SimmsComment: Dang; missed this during voting and I would have voted it high. The vulnerable baby birds are staying together and clinging tightly to a branch in a very scary, dark new world. Some of them will be out eating worms on the lawn in no time, while others will be some cat's lunch. Great image. |
