Parkedby bucketComment: Great shot - love the random shapes. Guy looks like someone out of Reservoir Dogs. :) |

Daydreamby bucketComment: There's so much to drink in here - shadows on the boy's back, shadows on the screen, very haunting and resonant. |

The Heartbeat of Treesby bucketComment: How fantastic to have caught this in passing, and had the presence of mind to trust your gut and turn back! Magnificent. |

Mostaccioby bucketComment: Gave this a 9 - great perspective and the vignette works well here. Just wouldn't be the same if this were your run-of-the-mill head shot - she has a commanding presence. |

IMG_2056.jpgby mkComment: Great choice for a lensbaby - I always seem to pick the wrong subjects with mine. The blur of the foreground makes you feel like you're running after that receding train. Wait, stop, come back! |

chainby doc_gonzoComment: Wow, you captured the texture very well. I'd prefer to see a bit more focus extend further down in the image, to keep that second link from being too much of a distraction, although I don't know, that might end up ruining your nice bokeh. Well, it's a thought. :) |

Daisyby BAMartinComment: Very delicate feel to it, nice lighting. Looks like there's some dust spots that could be "healed". If it makes you feel any better, the size and number of your dust spots are much less than the ones I have with my camera. :) |

DSC_0153 copy.jpgby electrolostComment: Gah! Wow - I love "up tree" shots, and this is a really close-to-the-bark perspective. Great idea! Maybe a little too much blurriness in the foreground, like others have said, a slight crop off the bottom might improve the visual impact. |
