The splash is cool, but it for some reason doesn't feel like the subject of the photo. And without it being the subject of the photo I don't know what is. I guess the splash alone doesn't hold my attention.

I think there's too much going on with the model. She's wrapped in a sheet.. and the black netting.. and two strings of pears.. and whatever is on her shoulder.. and she has a lot of makeup. The photo as a whole looks overprocessed too. Looks like you bumped up your contrast which blew out your reds. Lost all detail in the apple.

Overall I think you tried too hard.

I don't like the blackness coming in from the left and the bottom right. It almost looks like your finger was over the lens, but it was probably just an intense shadow? Either way it's very distracting.
