		| | I love the stop action in this, the super clean crisp focus is fantastic as well, very well done shot and the conversion is perfect! I agree with Jon, I would have expected this to place higher even in a freestudy... |

 The main splash is wonderful and the focus works wonderfully with the bokeh.  the railing is a great addition as well as it draws you into and then through the wave splash
 
 B&W was also the perfect choice as it means you have no distractions to the moment of impact that you have captured so well

		| | The splash is cool, but it for some reason doesn't feel like the subject of the photo. And without it being the subject of the photo I don't know what is. I guess the splash alone doesn't hold my attention. |
