Absolutely gorgeous shot. The blue tones in this photo are awesome. :) I also like how the river leads you back into the shot and towards the mountains. Though I realize that this obviously must have been shot in the shadow of a mountain or hill, it would have scored even higher with me if it were taken closer to sunset and without the visible threshold between shadow and direct sunlight. Great photo though! :D

Very nice composition. I like how the waves crashing against the rocks make the point of the sign very clear. :) This photo would have "popped" even more for me if it were taken slightly to the right (so that the sign wasn't obstructing the crashing waves at all) and if there were a bit more color to the sky (Hue/Saturation adjustment, maybe?). Overall great shot though. :)

An excellent example of progress! :) I like that you used such tight DOF to really show the texture on the record. Personally, this would have scored even higher with me if a drop shadow hadn't been used along the edges and if a solid, even-width border had been used.
