Old Timerby timj351Comment: At another time of day, when you could balance the exposure of the engine against the sky, this would be very good. If I had to shoot in this kind of overcast, I'd get even closer in and try to include as little of the sky as possible (optimally none). |

looking down at daddyby jbruno1397Comment: Daring, but I don't know if it works. The blown out hair grabs all my attention, and the rest is tonally pretty flat. Good on you for taking a chance. Beautiful baby. |

A Dog's Lifeby GordonComment: Very nice color and contrast. It would be boring without the lamppost - good decision. |

The Angry Giantby chariotComment: I think you're the guy I'd least like to be stepped on by. {g} You sure got the camera pointed upwards, alright, indeedy (sorry. just frustrated that mine apparently is angle-challenged). Spot metering or fill flash would have made for a better exposure on your face. |

Up Lightsby justineComment: Nice shape. I think I'd like this better if I'd had a chance to see it before reading the title - to wonder what it was. Well seen. |

Green line, 5 pm, outboundby KimblyComment: An interesting idea, and well exposed. Better if the woman were holding the rail on the ceiling so we could have another face, but you take what you get. |

Lone Doggieby ChrommonkyComment: A guitarist's doggie? Think I'm starting to recognize your style. The hot flash makes for interesting tone, but not really pleasing. That's not a good or bad thing, I guess, but can't say the same for the shadow and crop. |

spiralby tydComment: What a great... thing. I'd like the hole up top just a bit higher and to the right to land on a hotspot - maybe get a cloud in there instead of flat blue sky. You could have underexposed a little, too, as the detail on the structure is much less important than its shape, and then you might have saved the clouds. |

Step Up To Our Moonby 3teacherComment: Maybe with more space between the top of the ladder and the moon. Might as well go B/W, too, as the color adds nothing to the image. |

HSID ETILETASby JakeComment: Better cropped to lose the cables and light fixture. Gotta get me a couple of those to mount on my Telstar. |
