You've capture some excellent detail, especially in the eye. The diagonals in the image make for an interesting composition.

Great use of DOF, well done. The tilt of the head just adds to the expression.

Nice abstract - I like all the detail and subtle colours that can be seen in the image.

This is excellent. I like the "in your face" aspect and how the wasp is looking, menacingly at the camera.

Excellent portrait - reminds me of an image taken by Michael Grecco.

Excellent self-portrait, you have amazing eyes. The hat works very well and I like the blurred hair in the background.

This is an excellent portrait, interesting pose and I like how the shallow DOF blurs the clouds and buildings. The subtle colours work well. The only thing that I would change is to have more space on the right so that she is a bit less centred.

Great shot. I really like how she appears to be coming out from the shadows. From the catchlights in the eyes it seems like you used a ring light, that along with the make-up above her eyes gives her a very intense gaze. The only thing that I would change is to clone out the small freckle above her mouth, it throws off the symmetry you have going from her eyes down. I would also consider maybe brightening the catchlight in her left eye, it seems a little dim compared to the right.

Excellent underwater image. I really like the pattern of the light on the dolphins and the surface of the water.

I like the shape of the drip. The hotspots are a little distracting though.

If you are not balancing flash with ambient then the shutter speed of the camera is not relevant. Even though your shutter speed is only 1/200, the flash duration will be less. As an example, this was a long exposure (a few seconds) in a dark room with the flash stopping the motion.
