Surferby shareinncComment: Great shot: I feel the motion, hear the waves and how the surfer has to "work" to stay on the edge.
Technically it's flawless: crisp, great contrast and color and well cropped too.
Probably a winner, for me at least. Good Luck! |

$2 coinby kosmikkreeperComment: What I like is the coin the sharpness and the cropping. Also that the coin has many scratches gives a nice texture.
What I don't like so much is the water drop. it's not necessary, it rather disturbs. |

Test Your Snake-Phobia-Boundary !by MonaComment: Having access to such a great animal, you should have put more thought into composing the image instead of just a snapshot.
The car in the back, the wooden wall with the reflections disturb much. Also the skin colour is a little bit too red and overexposed.
However, with the title it fits the challenge well. A 5 from me. |

Bordering walkway !by tolovemoonComment: It's a little to straight for me to get a high vote. While it for sure shows a border, I different angle might have imnproved the image very much. Also taking away the dirt might have been better. |

Grief has no boundaries....by TruegshtComment: While the image fits well to the challenge (bounderies, transition), it could have been improved by a tighter cropping at the top and maybe a desaturation of all colors except red. Also a black boarder might have worked well here.
As it is now, it looks a little "snap-shooty". |

off the deep endby MiahComment: The mood of this image is great. Also the wide open mouth. I would have preferred if you have used a stone rather then wood (probably a table!?) as edge too hang on: the texture of the wood does not make it look realy. Also the graininess is a little overdone IMO.
What I like is that you used B&W, it works well on this image. Good luck. |

Skating on thin Ice!by trainComment: I was surprised not to see more skating images in this challenge. This one is the best of this genre for me. I like the composition with the tide cropping and the cold colors. Give an icy feeling. I would have set the focal plane to the tip rather then to the middle of the skate.
Anyhow, good luck to you |

La Spiaggia Dal Chiaro Di Lunaby zeuszenComment: Wonderfull image full of shapes, texture and edges/borders. The oriantation you choose make it very special: needs some time to realize what it is.
I especially like the lower right part, where the water is very shallow and the next wave is comming. |

Indecisionby LucidLotusComment: While I like the idea of this image, I have to say that its been rather poor executed: these kind of abstract images have to be on a very high quality to work well here and get high votes. So jpeg-artifacts must be avoided and the light has to be set very well.
It took me some time to realize that the egg is at an edge: the background-color and the table color are to simillar. |
