Out of the sewing basketby ShamanComment: Nice capture. The thread is excellent. Nice rule of thirds composition. The perspective here is also very nice. Well done! |

Sneaky Hammerby MarkArtisanComment: I am lost here...where is the evidence of a shallow DoF in this shot? From front to back it is all in focus. |

One Way To Paradice...by all4uComment: Two things: first you have a spelling error in your title which makes me think you don't care enough about your entry to spell the title correctly. Second, where is the shallow DoF in this shot? Nice sunset, but not a shot for this challenge in my opinion. |

Divining Rodby SJCarterComment: This is a beautiful shot! The colors in the reflection are incredible and the contrast between that and the far shore is exquisite! The 'divining rod' is excellent as well being the only true color tree. Very well done in my opinion. Shows a lot of creativity and thought. The composition is well done - ratio of subject to overall scene. Placement of the subject bothered me at first, but when you take in the whole shot and pair it with it's reflection, the impact is much stronger. Should have done much better, again my opinion. Well done! |

Scowl-Vert (scalvert)by banmornComment: Not sure how this is a pun. Not even a very good scowl. However, since you used the word 'vert' in your title, perhaps it would have been better to have the supposed scowl verticle and not horizontal. |
