This is fantastic Joey. Really great stuff. Love the tones and clarity. Amazing. Is this your (I think it was your Grandmother's?) old piece of wood that you used in another shot (one looking out over a field of snow into the forest? Very cool.

Love the background and the tones. Really like the composition too - interesting choice of crop on the top (not exactly sure how I feel about that, not being able to see any other options). I'm not crazy about the transition of the model to the background on the edges of her sweater/top. The lines don't seem to meld with the flow of the rest of the image IMHO. I know that "harshness" goes with the overall feeling of winter and theme here, but not sure that it translates well in this particular area. Just my opinion - and you know I LOVE your work. The transition everwhere else looks great and I love the cold mood. Great use of lighting and color.
