I'll bet that this would have score over 6 with a different border and a different pair of shoes. Voters are funny that way. Excellent take on the challenge! (BTW - I didn't vote this challenge so I had no score to give you. Probably a 6 or 7 though).

I agree with your husband. :) this, to me, is a better overall image - it has much more personality. Voters are just really odd. I wouldn't take it as a statement on the quality of the image. BTW - DOF, focus, POV are all excellent. Colors work really well. Had I voted this challenge I would have given it at least a 7. More creative than the endless buildings (one of which I submitted and thought REALLY boring).
