Waiting for Daddyby mandyturnerComment: This is gorgeous. About the only thing I can offer is maybe blur the wood just a touch to make sure the focus stays on that lovely young, wistful face. Very well done. |

Enlightenment T2by obsidianComment: I think this works much better without the backdrop. Lighting is very good - complementary colors work well too. |

Out from somewhere by LalliSigComment: Hey, now you have a matched set! Love the contrasts in season, dress, and even model in that one has light hair, one dark. Still love the original, by the way, but this makes a very fitting counterpart. |

The First Turnby coolharComment: Great shot. Crisp, clean depiction of the action, and I like how the background seems slightly muted compared to the horeses and jockeys. |

Reveal Thyself IIby SherwinJamesComment: I'm not familiar with the original, but I do like this one! Good lighting, I like the composition. Fingernail seems a bit blown, maybe? Ever so slightly distracting but only if you manage to get away from those eyes. |

Return to Multnomahby DrAchooComment: I'm going to assume this is Jason's. Improvements over the original - straightened the bridge, lost the border. :-) Do I like this one better? I'm not sure. The first one was processed well but I'm sure there was some room for improvement. This one seems a bit over the top to me, though. I've no doubt the foliage is a wonderful green this time of year there, but is it really that green, and the water that blue? It's still a damn fine shot, but in my completely unprofessional opinion, I think I'd like something between the two. |
