That's impressive. The slight softness is perhaps an asset in this shot anyway, I wouldn't worry about it. Did you know you can use the skew tool in PS to adjust verticals/horizontals without rotating and cropping, if you want to?

As an "intentional blur" image this isn't working for me; it just seems slightly OOF and that's not adding anything to the experience IMO.
