I think this is a neat idea. Especially with the movie theme. I just think the shadow from the knife, and that fact that the knife seems blurry, hurt this picture.

But that is just my opinion... I am just learning about photography.

Hmmm.... :( ... I get told both things about the skylight filters. A photography teacher agreed with removing it. Guess I will take pictures with and without and see what happens. He told me it was just a salesman sales thing. I could see where it would protect, which is why I bought them. I kept them really clean...

I was going for gross. That's why I concentrated the focus on the brown eeky stuff. :) This pic got a giggle out of my kids so I entered it.

I took the skylight filter off of my lens that was causing alot of the soft focus issues.

Thanks to those who actually had something constructive to say. It is alot easier to learn from constructive comments than rushed one liners.
