Still LIfe With Pearsby dsidwellComment: this is on track, but i don't think it gets all the way there. i think the composition could have been punched up a bit more to make this stronger. as is, there is a lot of uninteresting negative space that doesn't add to the image. |

pines at sunsetby ursulaComment: the colors, lighting, and general composition are inviting, but the uniform application of the texture really takes away from my viewing experience. if i'm wrong, i'll gladly retract and eat my words, but as is, this feels a bit over-processed. |
