Blacksheepby whobeeComment: Good DOF and contrast. Complimentary color and composition. Title could have been better. =8 syamjonimi |

Puuurdy Pencilsby evmariedogsComment: This definitely fits the challenge. The background color detracts from the brilliance on the pencils. |

phantom colorby wheatabixComment: I see the pencil but, it's just a little too contrived for me. Great subject for photography. Would fit a different challenge better in my opinion. syamjonimi |

Ticonderoga with a Twistby JEFFCOWLESComment: Definitely fits the challgenge! I find it a bit too busy and that drink/sundae is just not appealing. Good imagination though... |

Negative Space Odysseyby FrooberComment: This should have a "how'd they do that" section when the votes are all in. innovative idea, good set up. May be a little harsh on the lighting and soft on focus. Not bad at all though. =6 syamjonimi ;-D |

Rhythm and bluesby JeanComment: I don't know what this is but, it really works.....uh....dances, I mean..... Maybe you would do a "how'd they do that" when this competition ends. I, for one, would really like to know. =7 syamjonimi |

underwater pencil sunburstby notashamdComment: I like the colors and the idea of synchronyous swimming pencils and this works well in the thumbnail. When I look at it in large size it gets very pixellated. I'm not an expert here but I think an unsharp mask might be helpful on this photo.. |
