Great character captured here. Lighting is a bit on the harsh side, but on the other hand the shadows do add to the character of the shot. Nicely composed. ((7))

This shot had a lot of potential but fell short in this unbelievable challenge and offer the following things that needed improvement: (and trust me, I know night shots aren't easy)
1)The horizon is off a little (needs CCW rotation)
2) Focus/clarity is on the soft side. Perhaps camera movement?
3) Brighness and / or contrast need to be increased.
4) Main subject is dead-center. A more interesting composition would have it slightly off to one side.
5) Noise level (or image compression) in the sky. Neat image may be of use here.

I sincerly hope these help. Still voted this a ((5))
