There seems to be a lot of (motion) blur going on here. Doesn't really succeed in stopping the motion in my opinion.

I like the photo a lot. Dramatic space. Selective desat works well. But in the end, it doesn't really demonstrate stopping motion to me.

Well done. I like the context of the bay better than just showing a burst. In a weird way it looks like a scene from Blade Runner. The burst on the right is a bit blown out which is a bit distracting. And the horizon is tilted. Without those distractions, this would be a 10. Still worth a very good score.

Well done. Very good capture of colors (possibly best in challenge). I would have given you an extra point if you had leveled the horizon. And I think another extra point if I could see the whole burst.
