I like the idea and coposition of this, the contrasts and lighting look fairly nice, but I don't care for your focal positioning here. I am thinking it may have a much more dramatic feel if the focal spot started at the tip and moved back. The shallowness is fine, just think it needs to be more towards the tip.

very interesting perspective. I think you have nice dof, but I would personally like to see a stronger angle to this, maybe a bit more camera right? to give me a feeling more of looking down the string.

This is cute, but I think there is a distraction with the shallow dof. I personally would have liked to see the whole bit in focus, and the background blurred.

I enjoy this perspective and the balance is very nice, however, the shed is lost in the image and does not stand out as the title would suggest. But it is a very nice image all the same.

I really find myself enjoying this image. Just something about it really gives me a nice feeling. The simplistic chaos of the organized blades shoots upwards towards the unknown with grace. Very nice image.

This is a fun image, I think just a wee.. I mean wee bit more contrast it would be a winner. I enjoy the dof and it is a treat story.

I am looking at this and there are three elements that totally distract me, one the wrist band, it cuts off the hand and drawls the eye to something uninteresting, two, the off centered object in the hands, makes me wonder why cup it in two hands if its only in one? Last the cropping of the hand on my right (hand left)just cut a bit off and it really makes me wonder if this was taken on the fly, or set up?

This just looks bizzar to me. Not sure what effects you used, it almost looks as though it was hit with a lucis filter. I think if you ran some dodgeing over the darker areas and not the whole image you would really make it pop a lot more.
