Although I would like to see her looking in the same direction that her face is pointing that way the white in her eyes aren't over powering.

Beatiful eyes! Looking over the glasses like that is a great touch! It brings focus straight to the eyes! Great portrait, but the hands are troubling me.
IMO, I would like to see them more fist like - the current hand pose seems very unnatural. For this particular crop I would also like to see more arm, maybe just past the wrist! 7
