Lovely shot, great title too. Could do with a tad more DOF to rear of eye, as difficult as it is to do, I understand that. Colours great, perhaps a bit too much dead space, again understand that most voters will think the gecko must be in the middle for this challenge. Wierd black spots and grey/shadow blotch below the Gecko's right leg/foot detracts a bit. Still a high mark from me.

This may be getting DNMC because it is not in the 'middle' and it's low down, however it IS centred on the low third. Beautiful capture, title, silhouette, light. High score from me.

Garlic & Onions

Would be a great stock shot if the DOF was crisper and some of the onions were fresher, not mouldy under the skin. Ambient lighting is perfect however, and the idea is a good one!
