Top of the morning by P-A-U-LComment: I love you choice of editing. I would have done it so differently -- it's fun to see this. I like when things surprise me. :) |

Me and my tail feathers by Mr. Peacockby rozComment: Hah!! I love your notes on him!
I really like the composite, but the colors were too bright for me. It was a little painful. I'd be very curious what it would look like more soft and muted?
I actually think the reflection in his eye is rather interesting. It's not something you see very often, so it adds a bit of intrigue to the story. |

Blueberryby pgirish007Comment: Sorry -- it's another one that just looks underexposed instead of low key. If you would have kept it in color and exposed it right with some cool side lighting, it could have been stunning, imo. |

Sometimes it has to be an Aussie Brew ' oh well never mind ....by kiwinickComment: A good attempt, but a couple of thoughts: It's not straight. You need to rotate it a small bit to the left. Also, you have dust on your black background. It distracts from the photo and yet is easily fixed in post. Also, it's not really low key. It's just a nicely exposed photo on a black background. Some more dramatic side lighting were parts of the subject falls into shadow would produce a more low key image. |
