Holiday Settingby mfairbanksComment: I think you needed to have a deeper DOF so the subjects were more in focus, or a shallow DOF with the flatware in focus and the lights not. The desat was a good idea and you thought your set up well. |

There is no Spoon...by DrAchooComment: I think the technical photography in this quite fine. Not sure of the choice of costume, just looks odd. There is a bit of reflection on the back of the spoon that I am straining to make out and I think it might have been done away with. Also the spoon might have been placed a bit lower and more right in this which might have avoided the reflection. I think your premise of it floating by the little magician would have been intact and maybe avoided the reflection. Very nice effort. |

Spoonsby STEINRComment: I'm a little confused by where you want me to look. The composition of the spoons and their contents suggest that I should be looking towards the filled spoons....but they are not in focus. My eye goes beyond them and there is nothing there except sort of a shadow of what appears to be a spatula and it is not in focus either nor totally in the frame. |

Almostby L1Comment: The subtle look on the boy is great....sort of apologetic and smiling with a pinch of embarrasment thrown in for good measure. Interesting take on the challenge and one I like. |

from here to eternityby ursulaComment: Quite creative....never imagined Burt and Deborah as forks...but it really sort of works. Not sure everyone well get the reference but I like the imaginative take on this. |

Poseidons Fork ?by StructorComment: Hmm....looks familiar...just a bit of blowout on the bottom right, otherwise, very good composition and DOF. |

Here's your goodnight kissby graphicfunkComment: Just the slightest bit of movement in the right hand, otherwise this is fantastic. Love the tone you choose...like a midnight blue or shot in moonlight....it's a fine touch. Great motion of the rolling pin. Suspect this is the Daniel. But I have been known to be wrong. |

Reflectionsby KatmystiryComment: I like the set up, the great reflections and the desat. I am not thrilled with the huge black fram nor the pano crop. The subjects seem squeezed into the frame as is . Maybe a bit of an angle and a less confining crop. |
