The lack of absolute symmetry bothers me here... if you're going to make a symmetrical composition, make it perfect! Interesting shadows and light, underwear is too small to make for an interesting composition.

Lovely idea and composition. Unfortunately we live in an age of airbrushed glossies, and although your model is attractive, she needs some work in Photoshop to smooth out the complextion of the skin which has not been flattered by the lighting used here. Background is very noisy. The hotspots in the upper-right take away from the power of this shot.
