Yes, the reflections are a bit harsh...and you're in it too I think...the whole reflection thing is quite distracting to be honest...a polarizer will help to get rid of it.

Yeah it is true the reflection is painfull and nothing is interesting in this photo. Maybe find some more interesting thin next time.

I love taking pictures of doors and windows myself but I think the crop on this could have been better done although I really like the reflection in the window (the top part)while you can see through the bottom.

The colors and tree reflections are great, but the composition is overly busy. The room and background windows are really battling with the foreground window and tree reflections for attention, and add to that the reflection of houses caught furthur dividing.
