PS: I thought I'd seen this earlier..the flower that is! I like this composition much more than the other. the flower really stands out here, funny how the stamen changes..I'm guessing those pods are at the endof the blooms' life..perhaps that's liek rose hips & where the ingredients come from for their medicinal components??

oh my goodness! this is such a bizarre flower, it does look as though you found the invader's base! It's suchj a pretty color & pleasing to the eye...I hear that's how they lure us in...

Don't touch it! They'll turn you into someone who pines away the day wishing for MORE flowers to photograph!!
