WOW Nice but the building in the background is just too over exposed.. try underexposing theeverything to get more detail in teh building behind and then using photoshop levels bring out the shadows. Remeber you can bring out the detail in the dark places more then in the highlights.. But I gave you a 6 because I like the shot

WOW the slow shuder speed water shots are very abundent in this challange.. Must be the time of the year... I gave you a 6 for good detail
