I recognize it as a watch, but why didn't you show the front of it?? Even when you've called the picture 'dawn of time'... Further: smart use of two objects that together create an almost surreal sphere (I realy would have liked seeing the numbers..), but a bit boring colouring..great idea though!

it seems like you couldn't chose between the sun and the ..eh..thingy (and your horizon is not straight..) so I would have liked it more when you would have chosen only 1 subject..now it is a bit of a chaos there in the middle in an otherwise serene shot..Apart from that I think you have caught a great light, great colour and that must be rewarded!

this picture has the "aaah factor" all over it!! Pity that it seems like you zoomed in a bit too mucht..it's not sharp..a little bit unsharpness can help the little duck become more furry and soft, but this is too much..

I like the idea, but it's a bit too obvious that you used a CD for this..the colours are realy splashing, but the eye is too dark to be in the center of attention, unfortunately the heavy colours snatch all of it away from the center.. Further more, there is grain in your picture that isn't in it's place here...

whooh red! I would have liked the sky to be a bit more blue to give more 'life' to the red and two more 'but's: it seems like the lighthouse is a bit out of balance and the border...it's personal, I know, but I find it an offence to your own creativity to let photoshop create this cliche border around your photo.. There are a lot more aspects in your picture that I do like, I give it a 7

nice! Everything is pointing outwards, nice daring colours of nature.. great dynamics in this picture, for once I like the small DOF in those flower pictures (since you didn't explicitly portraited the flower as a flower, but as a composition)

Amazing shot, but the purple background makes it somewhat humourous and I think that's a shame, since it is such a beautiful macro..
