Silencio by kiwinessComment: I really like the different elements in this shot as they seem to tell a story and elude to more that whats in the photo. The contrast, and grainy quality really add to the emotive feel of this shot... my vote is a 7 |

Old Pierby IceRockComment: Very nice capture. The detail and DOF is great. I think either more fill flash to bring out the bottom of the frame, or less fill flash to de-emphasize the top may have worked a bit better for me. Nice shot nonetheless... I vote a 7 |

As Life Passes by ArtysteComment: I really like this shot as one of my favorites of the challenge. The color pallete and saturation give this a very emotive quality. It also has a nice candid feel not present in many of the other entries. Great use of DOF and composition to emphasize your subject... I vote an 8 |

A Beautiful Viewby idnicComment: I really like the skewed composition and pose of your subject. The soft lighting is very nice. Some shadows being cast but still nice overall... my vote is a 7 |

Through the Square windowby MAKComment: Not sure what your artistic goal was with the subject. It gives me a bit of a "Clockwork Orange" flashback. But anyways, technically the shot is good for the most part. Saturation and color temperature seem a tad overdone and on the warm side. The thing that detracts for me most is the post-pro evident around the man and edges of the subject: Less photograph, more graphic design kinda feel. Regardless, I like the composition and creative direction you took with this.... I vote a 7 |

A Moment to Herselfby sir_bazzComment: Very nice B&W here. The natural lighting and shadows really give this a soft, emotive feel. I would have prefered to see more crop to remove more of the dark left side since it gives the composition an unbalanced feel that does not appear intentional. Nice shot nonetheless... I vote a 7 |

Looking into the Treehouseby PedroComment: The look of curiosity and intrepidness in the childs face make this shot great. The detail, focus, and technicals are good. My vote is a 7 |

Haleluja!by BoltiComment: Very cool and creative shot. I would have preferred to see a tad more desaturation outside of the fram eto really make the subject pop. Nice shot nonetheless... I vote 7 |
