This is crazy--it stopped me dead in my tracks of voting from one to the next. How the hell did you do this--with a mini camera at the back of your throat?--Doubtful. Am I missing the obvious. This is incredible--looking forward to finding out how. It is amazing, however, I am not sure I like it--it might fall into the category of "pictures I really don't need to see".

I really love this picture, but the color is off or distracting to me. Probably a
B&W would have worked better and I wish it was sharper. But I am sure it was hard to get that adorable little hand to stay still. Nice try.
