    Biography: A Brit living in US and married to a Canadian. I manage a luxury resort in Montana and have been interested in photography since buying my first SLR (a Russian made Zenit E) when I was 12. Since then have become fascinated with digital photography starting with a Nikon 950, then 5700, D70 and now D300. I find the challenges to be just that - challenging! I love how it makes us think in new ways and I have seen my scores get progressively better with each challenge. And then I get a stinker that plummets lower than I expected! Moral of that story is to NOT rush an entry just for the sake of entering!

    I finally became a full member after deciding that I want to set a personal goal of getting a top 10 finish in at least one challenge this year. (WOW - Achieved a red ribbon in Feb 2005!! So happy!)

    Then had a hiatus for several years. Living in Montana has rekindled my photographic creativity and I decided to become a member again.
