Congrats on your 18th placing. Is this not a moving image? Good choice for b/w. A very good entry because it is so real.

I surely thought this would get a ribbon! It deserves a higher score IMO.

Keep it up...

Great photo. I love the texture and lighting. I would have cropped closer on the man to remove the woman's arm in the top left. Still a 10 from me and one of the best in the challenge.

Nice idea - composition and exposure. It really works well in black and white.

I like the feel of grainy old photo in this black & white. Contrasts with the idea of something new will come to life in a couple of months (?). Good luck and be sure to take some time off to be with the new one. 10 from me

I like this but I believe the tones are too harsh, maybe more gray? A softer colouring of b&w. I think b&w was a good choice - just needs softening.

Great B&W. Looks a wee bit over sharpened. Brilliant concept. Well done.

Beautiful job. Brings back memories for me, which makes for a powerful photo. The expression on the man's face is perfectly captured, as is the body language between the two. Very beautiful, expressive photo. 8.

Great shot.
It could probably benefit from a softer focus.
