I also gave it a 7 I think its great, very creative and well done. I guess people are entitled to vote as they see fit, but cant see why so many 1s, focus is good, colors are great and...well maybe could be interpretted as being a stretch in the challenge...fun though
Certainly nicely lit. Some visual irony and structure to it too. Somehow doesn't come together to really make me like it though - perhaps too gimmicky ?
I know this is trying to be funny (and admitedly the apple peel wrapped around the bananna is kind of humorous) but it really doesn't fit the challenge at all.
it seems that the apple is the male putting "his" arm around the banana (the "babe"). however...between an apple and a banana, i would think that the banana would be the male ;)
This is a neat photo and I think your choices for lighting work relatively well. You have done an excellent job of creating 'nudity' where there is none. This type of creativity is to be commended :)
This has great light, but the sensuality of this shot is lacking- and it is tough to make a banana NOT seem phallic or suggestive of the male member- but you have done it. One thing though, kudos on the wooden background.
