I didn't expect your photo to win a ribbon maybe, but very close to that, I would have placed it higher, I rated it among 8 highest photos and I thought your photo would end up in about 5th place. I guess your photo suffered from the same thing as mine (although mine suffered a lot for that I think, it would have done well in a "silhouettes" challenge maybe :-)), the lack of flesh and private parts, come on folks, you dirty you! (hehe) I think that the challenge's theme allowed much more than just a typical nude shot, the details didn't say much at least.
Well, it's a shame that your photo didn't score higher, congrats on the outcome of the photo at least, its very nice, got good tonings, is well lit, and has very good composition and not at least it conveys the challenge's theme perfectly!

| drop the crop a bit... i love the image. her head looks a bit eggish though with that high a cropping. changing the crop for me would have been a 7. Also, maybe contrast bump a bit to regain some of the shoulder line on the left. sorry, give it a 6 |

| fine delicate lines. your models interaction with the camera helps to pull you into the shot. The well placed braids and the whisps of loose hair almost forms a contridiction...which really helps to give a two demensional image a 3D feeling. Well done. |

| I know this probably sounds repetative.... I really Like borders, but I don't like this one. I'm sorry. The image is beautiful. I really like the soft color and it's a nice look in her eyes. The hair over the shoulder is a little distracting but doesn't ruin your shot at all. Good job :) |

| i think its novel that she's nude and still wearing her glasses. I do wish the top of her head was in the shot, and maybe that we either got to see more of her, or there was more negative space to the right. I like the very bright feel to the shot and the softness your lighting has created. |

| I really like the composition of this - there is just the right amount of negative space to the left and right and I like how you crop into her head and breast to create an intimate feel. Expression works well, blown out highlights do too because they make her melt into the background a touch whilst also standing proud. A contradiction. Nice image! |

| I like it how her hair provides the main leading lines in this image. Good to cover her breast like that, makes it more seductive. Not sure about the glasses. Nice high key lighting. |

| Good high-key shot. I would have tried to use glasses which were less powerful... glasses which cure short-sightedness have the unfortunate effect of making the wearer's eyes appear smaller and I think the most important element of most portraits are the eyes which is where most viewers will focus first. The strategic placement of the braids is a nice touch and works well here. It can look corny, but not here. Unusual composition which works well, but I'm not fond of your border effect. Just the fact that the top of her head is missing is enough to make her 'pop' out at you. |

I have to start by saying I hate the border and hate the way she is appearing out of it. But more lots will like it. Even if you are going to use this old technique, i would have kept on part of her under the border - either the head or the breasts that at least gives it some 'pop-out' which is what most people use it for..
Anyway i am here to comment on your photography not your design skills - good job :D
I love it, quite light and feathery - nice high key effect gives her skin a smoothness that is to kill for. Her hair is perfectly posed over her breasts which is kind of viking-esq in a way.
her skin seems flawless which is another good factor. Her lips are great and well posed - half open kind of pouting.
I would think the image would be nicer minus the specs, they kind of fight against the whole softness of the photo. I also would tidy up teh flyaway hair strands - although I would guess that they are there by design.
A very pretty girl too. Overalla super shot that will easily be top 10! |

| This is a fantastic shot- the pigtails symbolizing youth, the sepia tone emphasizing the pale skin and ample breasts signifying more purity and the glasses adding a demure touch. this is perfection. nice shot. hope you get a medal. |
